Hardware Warranty

L8 supplies hardened cellular routers backed by the manufacturer's 24-month (2-year) limited warranty from the date of shipment. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Batteries are warranted for 6 months. Exclusions apply for misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or operation outside specified conditions.

Subscription-Based Technical Support

L8 offers dedicated technical support via a monthly subscription from the date of delivery. This includes:

  • Priority troubleshooting and configuration assistance
  • Access to L8 support channels (email, phone, or portal) during standard business hours

Support continues as long as the monthly subscription is maintained, providing extended assistance beyond the manufacturer warranty.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Base SLAs for response/resolution times are not included. Custom SLAs, premium 24/7 support, or additional services are available. Contact L8 sales for tailored subscription plans and pricing.
